Product Manager

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience • 4-6 years in a lead role on projects, scrum teams, and/or business lead initiatives • At least three years as a Product Manager or equivalent experience • Demonstrated experience with incremental project delivery • Demonstrated experience leading people, including people change management.
• Understand software development processes and procedures, including test driven development, incremental development approaches and technical change management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Product Owner (CPO), or Certified Scrum Developer (CSD), or equivalent Agile certification
