*The Role*: As the Director of Paralegal Operations, you will lead our employment and consumer paralegal teams, enhancing operational efficiencies and enhancing our legal support framework.
This pivotal leadership role involves managing the paralegal teams and overseeing the hiring, training, and development of all paralegal and paralegal support personnel throughout the organization.
*Key Responsibilities*: - *Leadership and Management*: Provide dynamic leadership for our paralegal teams, conducting performance evaluations, and cultivating a culture that aligns with the firm's values and goals.
- *Operations Management*: Assume responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the paralegal teams.

Ensure that all team members are aligned with the firm's operational protocols and work together to meet critical deadlines.

- *Hiring and Personnel Development*: Direct all aspects of recruitment, training, and development for paralegals and paralegal support staff, ensuring the team's capabilities meet and exceed the firm’s needs.
- *Client Service Excellence*: Lead by example to promote a client-centered approach, ensuring the team supports attorneys in delivering unparalleled service.
- *Collaborative Teamwork*: Foster effective communication and collaboration within the paralegal team and across the firm to ensure cohesive operations.

*Qualifications*: - *Management and Qualifications*: A Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field is required, while a Law degree or an advanced degree and/or certification is strongly preferred.
Additional training in management and leadership is highly valued.
