Amir Defense Group, PC is a boutique law firm specializing in the defense of major domestic and international auto companies (Porsche, Rolls-Royce, and BMW) in lawsuits involving claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, as well as fraud, breach of warranty, violations of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and other statutes.

Strong legal research and writing skills are required.

Location: The position is fully remote, and attorneys can work from anywhere in the world, but occasional in-person court appearances and attendance at vehicle inspections may be required.
Attorneys will be given substantive work on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial, and even on appeal in the Ninth Circuit or California Court of Appeal.
Our attorneys are graduates of top-tier law schools and the majority have extensive big law experience.
Compensation and benefits are very competitive.
