Contract Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Contract Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal.
This is a contract position with the opportunity for long-term engagement.
Responsibilities: - Drafting Estate Plans and Deeds - Trust Administration - File legal documents with the appropriate courts and agencies - Estate Administration including Accountings - Correspondence with clients to gather needed information - Maintain document management systems and ensure proper organization of files - Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed Experience: - Proven experience working as a Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal with at at least 4 years of experience - Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents - Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for errors - Experience with document management and drafting systems is preferred YOU MUST HAVE ESTATE PLANNING AND PROBATE EXPERIENCE - BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING STATES - MI, FL, CA, TX, NJ, NY Job Type: Contract Pay: $30.
