*Overview:* We are a recruiting firm seeking a Partner for our client, a prestigious law firm specializing in corporate law.
As a Law Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing legal expertise, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

*Location:* Remote
*Pay:* Partners will take home 70% of the revenue generated from their client work.
*Duties:*
* Lead and manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
* Oversee and actively participate in complex legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities offerings.
* Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic legal advice and counsel.
* Drive business development initiatives, including client pitches, presentations, and networking events.
* Collaborate with other partners and practice groups to ensure comprehensive client service.
* Mentor junior attorneys and facilitate their professional growth and development.
* Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and industry trends.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and courtroom proceedings as necessary.
* Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for client matters effectively.
* Uphold the firm's values, ethics, and professional standards at all times.
*Qualifications:*
* JD from an accredited law school.
* Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction of operation.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law.
* Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters and transactions.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated business development acumen and client relationship management experience.
* Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in legal practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250,000.
00 - $315,000.
