Contract Lawyer (California Licensed) Litigation

California licensed experienced litigation attorney needed to handle cases primarily on his/her own (of course with guidance and direction as needed).
Job entails all aspects of civil litigation (research, motions and discovery).
Must have experience drafting very factually detailed pleadings and formulating discovery plans and drafting discovery.
*Exceptional writing skills is a must.
*Please submit writing samples.
*Remote work* Practice areas are mixed General Liability, Casualty Loss, Business Litigation, Labor and Employment and Real Estate.
The firm also does transactional work, but assistance there may not now be needed.
Hourly rate may be negotiable depending on experience, work product and efficiency.
