Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join our legal team.
You can expect, in your role, to be an independent self-starter.
Job would be remote.
As an Attorney, your responsibilities would consist of the following:
1) conducting court appearances for traffic infractions, criminal hearings, and bankruptcies.
2) providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and litigation for personal injury matters.
3) conducting personal injury trials
4) conducting marketing and outreach to client base
Requirements:
- Russian language background perferred
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Washington
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Experience in litigation is highly preferred
