At Farias Family Law, we are a small but growing family law firm looking for a Virtual Intake Specialist.
*Position Summary* You’ll be the frontline sales person.
The main responsibility for this position is to sign up assessments with potential clients.
You’ll answer and screen all calls to the firm, route calls that are case-related, input data into our software, use your sales skills to educate the caller on the benefits of a paid consultation with an attorney at the firm, and build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to optimize conversion.
The position is fully remote and requires only that you have a dedicated quiet space available to you and the flexibility to answer calls as they come, and a strong internet connection.
This might be a good fit for someone who previously worked in the retail or restaurant industries, but now wants to do sales in another arena.
You will be expected to travel to our Fall River location twice a year for a few days at a time, and the company will pay the travel expenses.

The position is 40 hours per week.
The starting pay will be $10 - $16 per hour depending on skills and experience, with retirement contributions, paid time off, and health insurance reimbursement.
The position is a perfect launching point for more advanced admin, management and leadership positions at the firm.

* Nurture and follow up with prospective clients to collect assessment fees and initial retainers.
* Maintain friendly and professional relationships with individuals calling the firm.
* Route and prioritize all calls and prospective client text messages to the appropriate team member * Screen in prospective clients and screen out people we cannot help, including referring out quality leads we are unable to help.
* Label and prioritize leads to ensure quick response times for prospective clients best suited for our firm.
* Ensure each file is prepared for the Assessment Attorney’s meeting with the prospective client.
* Effectively hand the new client and their file off to our onboarding and legal teams.
* Coordinate the collection and analysis of feedback from clients to ensure high-quality service.
* Collect Google Reviews from clients.
* Ensure professional and efficient communications with prospective clients through coordination with the other Client Service Specialist.
* Maximize conversion rate with ongoing training, including reviewing recorded calls and implementing feedback * Increase efficiency and quality of client service by working with the team to improve our processes.

Keeping our files up to date with the prospective client’s information is essential for the attorney assessing the case, the legal team taking it over, and ensuring our automations operate properly.
