PART-TIME REMOTE EMPLOYMENT LAW PARALEGAL NEEDED (10+ hours/week)
Employment Law Paralegal needed to support a busy practice in New York (flexible hours).
The focus of the firm is to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships through the creation of an exceptional client experience, in a culture oriented law firm.
A polished, detail-oriented, highly responsive, proactive paralegal with a positive attitude is a must.
Experience in Employment Law, Litigation, Discrimination and ADA Accessibility defense is required, as well as the below qualifications.
This is a remote position.
Experience and Hard Skills:
Litigation experience, REQUIRED;
Experience working with Electronic Filing Systems, REQUIRED;
Client Intake experience, REQUIRED;
Federal Court experience, PREFERRED;
Experience managing deadlines and calendars with precision;
Experience billing time;
Experience with preparing documents and motions, production of discovery, bates stamping, preparing client meetings, indexing exhibits, researching;
Able to offer suggestions to improve efficiencies and automate processes;
Solid understanding of case flow;
Does not need to reside in New York, but New York law experience is REQUIRED

Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to details;
Proactivity and reliability are your forté, and you are proud of it, working with partners only in an international business model;
You are not afraid to ask questions in any and all gray areas so that your work product is pristine;

Technology:
PC, REQUIRED;
Experienced user of Microsoft programs, REQUIRED;
Experience with Leap software, REQUIRED.

Education:
High school or equivalent, REQUIRED
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, PREFERRED (many years of experience will be considered)
