*An established plaintiff-side law firm seeks to hire a junior or midlevel staff attorney to work remotely or from its northern California office.
The position is focused on overdraft banking fee litigation matters, and involves client intake, drafting complaints and discovery, assisting with briefing, supporting attorneys for court appearances and depositions, and helping navigate the claims administration process when cases are resolved.
A candidate should have experience with a high-volume practice and excellent organizational skills.
Base salary is likely one hundred to one hundred twenty thousand, depending on class year and experience.
Potential annual raises are ten to fifteen percent, plus a discretionary bonus up to twenty thousand.
