We're actively seeking a Senior Attorney specializing in Elder Law and Veterans Benefits to lead with enthusiasm, diligence, and an unwavering dedication to excellence.

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually Responsibilities: Leadership - Lead a team of legal professionals with grace and expertise, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Handle caseloads with a supportive team allowing the principal attorney to dedicate efforts towards growing the firm.
Legal Expertise - Utilize your extensive experience in elder law, including estate planning, guardianships, Medicaid planning, and probate and trust administration and litigation, to provide strategic guidance and comprehensive solutions to clients.
Litigation - Demonstrate proficiency in estate litigation, ensuring vigorous representation and advocacy for our clients when necessary, while maintaining a proactive and strategic approach.
Veterans Benefits and Social Security - Assist with Veterans Benefits and Social Security benefit matters as needed, leveraging your knowledge and experience to provide valuable support to clients.
Remote Work - Embrace the flexibility of remote work while remaining available for in-person appearances at hearings and in the office when required, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency in managing caseloads and client needs.
Communication - Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex legal concepts and provide clear guidance to clients and team members.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in elder law, with a focus on estate planning, guardianships, Medicaid planning, probate and trust administration litigation, and VA benefits.
Proven track record of leadership, demonstrating the ability to lead a team and inspire excellence.
Strong litigation experience, preferably in estate litigation, with a willingness to advocate zealously for clients' interests.
Proficiency in assisting with Veterans Benefits and Social Security benefit matters, adding value to our comprehensive legal services.
Excellent communication skills, with a tactful and graceful demeanor, that fosters trust and confidence among clients and colleagues.
Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to contribute to the long-term success and expansion of our firm.
