Description Intellectual Property law, Commercial Law, Privacy/Cybersecurity/AI laws, and DEI legal issues focused law firm is seeking a registered patent lawyer with experience to fill an Of Counsel attorney position.
This individual will handle patent application drafting and prosecution and help with drafting and negotiating various agreements.

in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering · Active patent bar registration · Juris Doctor · Active state bar membership in at least one state or DC (in the United States) · 2+ years of patent application drafting and prosecution experience or equivalent work as a patent examiner at the USPTO · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Benefits Remote work No recruiters please.
