Evolution Tax & Legal is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team.
This role is ideal for a versatile legal professional capable of contributing across various practice areas.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in estate planning, actively engage in our growing probate sector, and ideally, help navigate business law intricacies.
This position demands a high degree of autonomy in managing cases, client relationships, and daily operational tasks while aligning with our firm's commitment to minimizing court appearances.
*Key Responsibilities: *
* Manage a diverse caseload encompassing trust and estate planning, probate matters, succession planning, and B2B transactions
* Design and implement comprehensive estate plans, including trusts, wills, and ancillary documents.
* Facilitate entity formation, business-to-business agreements, broker partnerships, and oversee business succession planning.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring responsive, proactive, and effective legal services.
* Prioritize and organize work efficiently, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
*Qualifications: *
* Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
* Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in estate planning and business law
* Proficiency in legal software such as Clio and Lexis Nexis is preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage substantial caseloads, and maintain attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of developing client relationships and generating new business.
