We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Contracts Administrator* professional to join our dynamic team.
In this role you will be reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating various types of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service agreements, and procurement contracts.
As a Contracts Administrator you'll carry out pre-determined and recurring cradle to grave contract management and administration duties.
This position is full-time, 100% remote, but you must be on EST time zone; and is contingent upon contract award.
*Your Responsibilities:*
· Reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions to ensure that they are in line with company policies and legal requirements.
· Drafting and reviewing contracts like including statements of work, service level agreements, teaming agreements, and other legal documents.
· Assisting in the development of contract templates and standard clauses.
· Providing expertise, guidance, and support to businesses/clients on contract-related matters.
· Managing the contract lifecycle; including contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that contracts are executed in a timely and effective manner.
· Keeping abreast with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices through continuing education practices.
· Maintaining and updating the contract databases, (ex: SharePoint) including the tracking of key contract milestones and deadlines
*Qualifications*
· BA/BS degree
· Minimum 5 years’ of full-spectrum federal contract management, procurement, and administration experience to include: Pre-Solicitation, Pre-Award, Post-Award, and Closeout Phases.
· Possesses extensive knowledge of the FAR and/or DFAR supplements; Prime Contract and Subcontract roles, responsibilities, and rules.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
· *US Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (minimum) clearance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
