Spanish intake specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist.
As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the intake process for new clients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and providing support to the team.
This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for potential clients.
Responsibilities: - Conduct initial client interviews to gather necessary information - Assist clients with completing intake forms and other required documentation - Enter client information into the case management system accurately and efficiently - Perform legal research and draft legal documents as needed - Maintain document management systems and ensure all files are organized and up to date - Coordinate with attorneys and other staff members to ensure smooth transition of cases - Follow up with clients to obtain any missing information or additional documentation - Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed Qualifications: - Must speak Spanish.
