As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Associate General Counsel to join our team and provide strategic guidance and support across a range of corporate legal matters.
The Associate General Counsel will play a critical role in providing assistance and guidance to our business and practice teams supporting a variety of corporate transactions and projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality legal services.

Job Responsibilities
Provide subject matter support on a wide range of corporate matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis on issues and provide clear and practical guidance to practice groups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and human resources, to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.
Assist with operational efforts related to corporate transactions, including practice guides, procedural summaries, templates, and best practices.
Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's business and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
Experience
Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
3+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on corporate transactions and general corporate matters.
