```Job Summary:```

```Duties:```
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and other parties
- Prepare contract documents, including amendments, extensions, and terminations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties fulfill their obligations
- Resolve contract disputes or issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in contract law and regulations
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Specialist or in a similar role
- Must be fluent in Sam.
Gov and other government sites
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
