Huron Law Group is an established national debt defense law firm focused on providing cost-effective legal representation to consumers.
Our firm is currently seeking a remote Administrative Coordinator to support the department by performing advanced duties, ensuring completion of deliverables and adherence to company Best Practices and Service-Level Agreements, and assisting with high-level correspondence on behalf of managers.
*Key Accountabilities *
*Act as Workforce Coordinator under direction of Attorney Managers – Assist with attorney onboarding/offboarding, directives, and communications.
*
* Track attorney attendance of virtual meetings.
* Updating Attorney Staffing Board in project management software
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding of salary and of-counsel attorneys.
* Document feedback and coaching information in staff management software.
* Track attorneys with coaching and development opportunities and provide weekly summary to Attorney Managers.
* Cascade messages to attorneys as directed by management.
* Coordinate with Executive Assistant and Attorney Managers on attorney travel arrangements.
* Oversee Teams chats to provide guidance to attorneys and report opportunities to management and add/remove members as needed.
*Responsible for Calendar Management Best Practices – Oversee attorney calendars in accordance with company Calendar Management Best Practices.

* Establish calendars for new hires and activating them in the company CRM.
* Monitor and adjust attorney calendars as needed.
* Coordinate multiple attorney calendars at the state level to ensure appropriate coverage.
* Coordinate coverage for urgent and planned time off.
* Ensure appropriate use of resource attorneys.
* Facilitate attorney appointments that cannot be scheduled through normal channels.
* Block off times for holidays, training, meetings, and as directed by management.
* Act as company/department liaison regarding attorney schedule/availability.
* Calibrate department calendars.
* Proxy attorney time off requests at direction of Attorney Managers.
* Organize department meetings from Level 10 to-do list.
* Add Attorney Manager time off to calendars.
*Oversight of Attorney Deliverables Management – Ensure all attorney deliverables are completed in accordance with company Service-Level Agreements.
*
* Monitor team progress on deliverables daily.
* Coordinate completion of deliverables when an attorney is out of office.
* Follow-up with attorneys to request completion of deliverables daily.
* Answer attorney questions related to completion of deliverables.
* Track completion of deliverables in accordance with service-level agreements and report to management on a weekly basis.
* Review file review reports and progression toward monthly goal and report to management on a weekly basis.
* Investigate and report on feedback provided by affiliates.
* Communicate with attorneys on deliverables that need urgent attention outside of the standard process as directed by management.
*Oversight of Attorney Case Management - Ensure attorney cases are completed in accordance with company Service-Level Agreements.

* Monitor Attorney Request cases opened daily.
* Escalate cases when appropriate action isn’t taken and/or follow-up is needed.
* Provide updates to attorneys as tasks are completed.
* Track trends in cases and report to management.

*Preferred Requirements *
* Associates degree.
* Experience assisting attorneys or other business professionals.
* Experience managing multiple calendars, 3 years.
* Acuity, 3 years.
* Salesforce, 3 years.
* Understand and able to use basic office equipment and software.
* Some travel may be necessary (10%).
*Schedule*
* Mon-Fri, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST.
* No weekends.
* No overtime.
