Position: Legal and Operations Co-Founder
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join Afrioo as a Legal and Operations Co-Founder.
This pivotal role involves structuring Afrioo's operations, managing legal compliance, overseeing staff, and playing a crucial role in fundraising and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
* *Legal Compliance:*
* Ensure Afrioo's operations comply with local and international legal standards.
* Oversee adherence to business laws, data protection regulations, and employment laws.
* *Structuring Operations:*
* Develop and implement the overall organizational structure for Afrioo.
* Optimize business operations through efficient workflows and processes.
* *Fundraising:*
* Identify and secure funding sources, including investors, grants, and partnerships.
* Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support Afrioo's growth.
* *Legal Documentation:*
* Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
* Ensure legal documents align with Afrioo's vision and legal requirements.
* *Intellectual Property (IP) Management:*
* Safeguard Afrioo's intellectual property rights.
* Manage the registration and protection of trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
* *Registrations and Licensing:*
* Oversee the registration process for Afrioo as a legal entity.
* Ensure compliance with all necessary licenses and permits
