The Contracts and Compliance Administrator’s responsibilities focus on supporting the contract and subcontract management functions throughout the contract lifecycle as well as the business and regulatory compliance functions.
The Contracts and Compliance Administrator works in conjunction and coordination with a variety of other departments within the Pequot Community of Companies.
Duties included but may not be limited to: Support prime contract management via tasks such as reviewing solicitations for identification of risk and compliance elements and completing standard representations and certifications.
Support subcontract management via tasks such as administering the PCC Vendor Rating System and the subcontract closeout process.
Manage the award of Non-Disclosure, Teaming, and Consulting Agreements.
Maintain and update agreement templates in accordance with PCC policies.
Develop, implement, and maintain tools to collect accurate, current and complete data.
Respond timely and accurately to internal and external data calls.
Complete contract and regulatory reporting as assigned.
Manage state-level business entity licensing for all PCC companies.
Organize and file contract documents in PCC systems.
Coordinate, facilitate, and manage communications with internal and external parties.
Perform other duties at the direction of the Contracts Department Head.
Expected salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 Work Environment: Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands: While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years working in support of a Contracts Department.
Minimum 1 year working in an 8(a) entity-owned organization.
Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), and SBA 8(a) regulations.
Proven ability to utilize Federal Government reporting sites such as SAM.
gov, FPDS, USASpending.
gov, and GSA ASSIST.
Prior success working as a remote employee in a highly collaborative environment.
Mastery of MS Office365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a Tribal 8(a) Government Contractor.
Experience with a shared services company model.
Experience with Novation and Change-of-Name processes under FAR 42.
