### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Party Insurance Litigation Attorney licensed inTexas.
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for various legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and appeals.
You will work closely with clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice.
### Duties:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and appeals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on litigation matters.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Prepare witnesses for testimony and participate in depositions.
- Attend court hearings and argue cases before judges and juries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.
### Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas.
- Proven experience as a Litigation Attorney or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Proficient in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis, West law.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
