com/ We are currently seeking an experienced, Senior eDiscovery Consultant.
The eDiscovery Senior Consultant executes litigation support project tasks and is responsible for the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
This role builds relationships with legal staff and advises on best practices when appropriate and identifies potential project problem areas and solves problems as they arrive.
Working with project managers on litigation and investigations, your role may include performing tasks involving data management, eDiscovery case management, searching and culling data, document review consulting, communications with client personnel, participating in legal hold notifications, and collection of computer and digital data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Consult on project workflow and industry best practice.
Develop and implement new ideas to create customized solutions.
Develop strong relations and demonstrate a high level of commitment to success.
Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects from beginning to end.
Work closely with the team to ensure proper allocation of resources for processing, data collection and hosting based on deadlines and priorities.
Manage internal and external client expectations throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.
Gather project requirements and ensure requirements are properly documented and managed.
Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of the project relating to job tracking, specifications and chain of custody-related documents.
Responsible for daily activities of projects, including interaction with other team members, leaders, and client personnel.
Adhere to driving quality work product for the team and deliver all work within established timeframes.
