Leveraging your expertise, you will provide personalized phone-based assistance.
As an Expert, you'll earn income by addressing questions within your expertise, enjoying the flexibility to set your schedule and work remotely, making it an ideal opportunity for active professionals, business owners, or retirees seeking supplementary income.
*How it works:*
• Utilize the platform to review customer inquiries, along with a brief description of their issue, and provide answers over the phone
• Select which questions to address based on your expertise and preference
• Answer inbound customer questions via phone within our JustAnswer platform by leveraging your professional expertise to guide customers
• Initiate calls with customers while safeguarding your privacy; customers cannot directly call you
• Phone calls typically last around 10 minutes, though durations may vary
• Customers can request your assistance for follow-up calls if needed, facilitating continuity of support
• Utilize your outstanding customer service by showcasing your expertise in your designated field, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
• Enjoy flexibility in scheduling, working remotely from home or anywhere, and choosing the volume and types of questions to tackle
• Opt for part-time or full-time engagement, offering online assistance to customers at your convenience

*Qualifications:*
• Minimum of 3 years experience practicing law
• An active US or Japan attorney license in good standing/active standing with the Law Society or Bar Association.
• Bi-Lingual in Japanese
