CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR FULL TIME (MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM) REMOTE POSITION The Millennium Physician Group Contract Administrator assists the Millennium Physician Group Chief Compliance, Ethics & Risk Officer (CCERO) with the coordination of contract negotiation and approval.
This position involves assisting staff with navigating the contract approval process.
This position will be responsible for the data entry and continued maintenance of the SAI Global - Compliance 360 Contract Management Module (C360).
The Contract Administrator reports to the CCERO.
Essential Job Functions Supports the development and maintenance of the SAI Global Contract Module; and assists with the promotion of an efficient contracting process for the entire organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responds to concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
Supports the planning and design of data audits.
Supports Administration by generating reports to track and trend activities related to leases, employment, service, construction, asset purchases, supply chain, payer contracts, fee schedules, physician agreements, etc.
(C360) Remains abreast of relevant regulatory publications, legal journals, settlements, and applicable legislative affairs.
Collaborates with policy managers to develop appropriate policy and procedures for the development and approval of new contracts.
Assists with the planning and execution of contract risk assessments (amending, revising, or voiding contracts with unacceptable terms/risk).
Maintains a library of training and policy related resources.
Writes or researches initial draft materials for new contracts, agreements, and policies.
Provides support to the Learning and Development team to develop C360 training materials.
Deploys training within the Millennium University LMS (e.
g.
contract approval and policy training).
Evaluates and modifies both existing and proposed contracts by recommending changes.
Documents and communicates new workflows relative to new policy and procedures.
Assists in reducing bottlenecks by creating workflows to keep approvals moving at a faster pace.
Catalogs all MPG contracts, agreements, and associated records within the C360 Contract Module.
Audits the database to determine compliance to terms.
Supervise and assist in the contract approval and memorialization process through Compliance 360 and DocuSign.
Provide support for matters pertaining to Conflicts of Interest (COI).
Help conduct investigations and audits.
Monitors licenses, permits, and certifications to make sure they are renewed on time.
Duties and Responsibilities Supports the day-to-day operations of the 360 TPRM module as directed by the CCERO.
Identifies potential areas of contractual risk, facilitating corrective action plans for resolution.
Reports on the state of all contracts both active and inactive.
Reports high-risk issues immediately to the CCERO.
Provides exceptional service to all parties engaging with Millennium Physician Group.
Periodically reviews and recommends updates to the LMS to ensure relevance in educational information to staff.
Assists with responses to alleged violations of contractual terms, policies, and procedures, by evaluating, researching and/or initiating an investigation.
Recommends changes or additions to corporate policy to address needs in the contract process.
(C360) Considers negotiation strategies to minimize potential losses and benefit financial performance.
Administrates the approval of contracts made with parties across the organization.
Keeps staff aware of contractual obligations to mitigate the risk of legal action against MPG.
Uses appropriate methods to automate renewal opportunities and create new agreements.
Identifies parties and pertinent documents needed to support the desired purpose of an agreement.
Conducts strategy meetings to identify needs and obtain input on timelines/deliverables.
Assists Chief Executives and/or legal counsel in the process of drafting and negotiating contracts.
Monitors email, answers questions, and troubleshoots problems by phone and email.
Assesses the viability of entering into or breaking contracts based on proposed or executed terms.
Investigates whether all parties can fulfill terms and identify opportunities to amend said agreement.
Ability to identify, analyze and investigate potential breaches of contracts.
Maintain confidentiality of PHI and essential business data.
Work effectively within a team environment.
Be flexible, manage a diverse and demanding workload with minimal supervision.
Makes recommendations for new contract compliance oversight and monitoring activities.
Enters subpoenas into Athena for the Medical Records Department to process.
Provides support for subpoena and deposition work where needed and required.

Education, Experience, Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Business Management or related degree preferred) 2-3 years of industry related experience in management, operations, or applicable field.
Familiarity with some of the various regulations including but not limited to: HIPAA Fair Market Value analysis Florida rental law Florida privacy laws Review/interpret contracts including HIPAA Privacy, Acquisition, Billing, Business Development, IT.
Clear, concise and persuasive writing and presentation skills.
Decisive and capable of exercising good judgment under pressure.
Competencies related to MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Outstanding skills regarding planning, coordination, and organization.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and manage unforeseen changes to plans.
Excellent multitasking ability and strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Excellent customer service skills in maintaining cooperative working relationships.
Preferred: experience in administering a corporate organizational system.
