Seeking a Louisiana licensed attorney to work part-time with established Florida law firm related to Creditor / Debtor actions filed in the State of Louisiana.
Ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial attorney looking to add steady revenue to their practice.
Sound knowledge of Louisiana civil procedure required.
Must be prepared to begin drafting and filing defensive pleadings right away (e.
g.
, Answers or Motions to Dismiss).
Opportunity could last for several years, and successful applicant will have excellent opportunity to work with experienced lawyers.
Active Louisiana Bar license necessary for consideration.
Candidate may be located anywhere in the US.
