We are a boutique litigation law firm based in Florida, actively looking for a skilled litigation attorney to join our dynamic team, either on a full-time or part-time basis.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in federal and state court litigation, a strong grasp of the Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as well as the Rules of Evidence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of arguing substantive motions in court, the ability to effectively manage an independent caseload, and a collaborative spirit to work seamlessly within a team, particularly on larger matters.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
* Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda and correspondence
* Conducting legal research and analysis to support litigation cases
* Attending hearings, representing clients in depositions
* Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy
* Drafting and responding to discovery requests
* Conferring, negotiating, and communicating with opposing counsel
* Preparing for, defending, and conducting depositions
* Preparing for trial, including preparing exhibit lists, evidentiary objections, motions in limine and witness preparation.

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in a U.
