We are currently seeking senior level contracts managers with experience managing government contracts through the entire lifecycle.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full contract lifecycle in a front-facing, interactive role with clients and internal stakeholders.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including proposals, bids, NDAs, subcontracts, vendor agreements, software agreements, and other related agreements, with a particular focus on government-related contracts.
Oversee the approval and execution process, track deadlines, renewals, and amendments, and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Communicate and escalate potential risks, collaborating with team members to manage a high-volume contract pipeline.
Qualifications:
5+ years as a paralegal or contracts manager with specific experience working for a government agency or within the professional services or consulting industries.
Excellent communication skills and experience reporting to senior level leadership.
Experience drafting, red-lining, and obtaining approvals and signatures in a timely and efficient manner.
Well-versed in utilizing contract lifecycle management systems (CLMs) and ability to provide training and guidance when required.
Compensation, Benefits & Location:
