SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Program Manager is responsible for program managing strategic initiatives across Finalsite - specifically those requiring more detailed technical knowledge and expertise, such as those programs that work or originate with product and engineering development.
The Program Manager will manage complex initiatives across all aspects of the Finalsite organization, from ideation through execution, building scalable processes and models for future internal and company-wide growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for software development projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals, Coordinate cross-functional teams including product managers, engineering managers, support leaders, product marketing managers, professional services teammates to achieve program milestones and deliverables
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and communicate program status Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success and internal customer satisfaction
Resources and Allocation Management: Manage program time spent and optimize resource allocation to meet project goals, Provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership ensuring objectives are met
Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear and concise status reports to leadership highlighting project progress, issues, and upcoming milestones, Conduct regular program reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with software development projects and identify strategies for risk mitigation, Proactively address challenges and roadblocks to keep projects on schedule and within scope
Agile Methodology: Implement and champion agile methodologies ensuring teams follow best practices for iterative development, continuous improvement, and integrated delivery, Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and adaptability within project teams
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS companies, preferably startup environments.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
PMP or Scrum Master preferred.
