We are looking for an associate with 3-7 years of experience to work remotely, assisting with discovery, motion practice, contract drafting, and other tasks.
Our ideal candidate is self-starting, conscientious, extremely detail oriented, eager to learn, has excellent research and writing skills, and has a good sense of humor.
Our associate should also have a solid background in drafting and responding to discovery, drafting and responding to motions, trial preparation, and handling court appearances.
Our associate should anticipate working remotely; attend court appearances in person and remotely; and attend client status meetings regularly.
The work schedule is wholly flexible; we focus on results, not punching a clock.
Our office is casual; we respect the need for a healthy work/life balance and do not have a formal billable hours requirement.
