As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Contracts Administrator II to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
*Position Overview:* As a Contracts Administrator II at C2 Labs, Inc, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our contracts and agreements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, legal professionals, and external partners to ensure that contracts are compliant, executed efficiently, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

*Key Responsibilities: *
* Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
* Maintain an organized contract management system, including tracking contract lifecycles, renewals, and amendments.
* Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms and obligations are understood and met.
* Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and best practices.
* Conduct contract audits to identify areas of improvement and risk mitigation.
* Provide support in resolving contract disputes and issues.
* Oversee and ensure the appropriate day-to-day administration of contracts to include prime, subcontracts, 1099’s and GSA schedules.
* Develop, implement and maintain a contract administrative system and approach.
Support negotiation of terms and conditions.
* Enforce the contract execution process in accordance with company policy.
* Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
* Provide team administrative review of modifications to ensure accuracy and compliance before execution.
* Correspond with customer contract administrative staff to ensure all contractual reporting and notifications are delivered as required.
* Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
* Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
* Ensure that the contractor is in administrative compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
* Perform closing activities as needed.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
* Implement and maintain CPAR process for submission, review and approval of contract CPARs.
*Qualifications: *
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
A paralegal certificate or MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
* Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
* Ability and willingness to negotiate with clients
* Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
