one is pleased to be supporting a boutique Philadelphia law firm in their search for an experienced Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice Attorney to join them on a temporary basis.
This role can be primarily remote for someone who lives in the Philadelphia area! The Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice Attorney will be responsible for duties that include:
· Drafting documents such as pleadings, complaints, motions in limine and more
· Reviewing and organizing medical records
· Assisting with depositions
· Handling pre-trial work
· Other related duties as needed
The qualified Attorney will have the following:
· 3-5 years of experience handling plaintiff Personal Injury or Medical Practice cases
· May consider a law clerk who has plaintiff Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice experience
· Strong writing and interpersonal skills
· Member, in good standing, of the Pennsylvania Bar
