The position will be based in the West Central (Denver or Phoenix)
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES
This position has responsibility for executing practice development activities to support practice integration of the EVO portfolio in North America.
This position will drive tactical Practice Marketing programs in partnership with the Sales team to build a positive and accurate company and product profile among the refractive surgeons and their internal and external teams.
Major focus of this work will be to interface with refractive practice coordinators, surgeons, referral networks, internal/external practice marketing specialists, and the Sales and Marketing Team.
Success is defined as achieving key metrics for each program.
1.
Work toward full implementation of ICL practice development tools across identified accounts for the purposes of increasing EVO awareness and consideration.
2.
Implement training initiatives on EVO for staff members both online and in person.
3.
Partner with the practices and the sales/marketing team to develop and execute activities and programs that support EVO in refractive practices.
This will involve program ideation, development, execution, and follow-up support with both the practice and key sales manager.
4.
Support integration of ICL digital tools, messages, and tool kits into the practices' website, social media, and other digital media.
This will involve working with, among others, STAAR's digital marketing Team and their colleagues.
5.
Coordinate activities with Sales Team, Marketing, Clinical Applications, as appropriate for seamless coordination and account support.
Strong teamwork, communication, execution skills are important.
6.
Be able to discuss with surgeons and staff about EVO from a product benefit business, and wholistic refractive practice view to build knowledge and confidence, and to reinforce benefits for practice integration of EVO for the practice and patients.
7.
Provide insightful ideas, promotional strategies, and programs to help support EVO practices across North America.
8.
Utilization of Alliance Funds for Alliance Accounts to help promote EVO in their local area.
9.
Travels within the territory over 40%, possibly including travel to Canada
10.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & TRAINING
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience; preferably in healthcare related field.
MBA is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a clinical or healthcare field.
• 3+ years sales or marketing experience is required.
Practice management consulting in refractive industry is a plus.
• A successful track record closing technical/medical sales is also a plus.
SKILLS
• A Commercial skill set that includes: drive and self-motivation, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to plan, organize, and deliver, and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with Health Care Professionals and Sales & Marketing Team.
• Ability to adapt to different individuals at all levels, results driven, organized, professional manner.
• Able to execute and follow up in a timely manner.
• Have a strong community, teamwork attitude that puts the good of the organization first.
• Must be capable of booking travel and managing expenses.
Pay range: $100k - $160k Final compensation/salary will be depend on experience
