Interviewing, training, and working will be conducted remotely in your home.
While in the Business to Business Collection Representative position, you’ll be responsible for making good on promises by helping our clients - some of the most well-known companies in manufacturing, media and technology - get paid for the products or services they provide.
With this Business to Business environment, *you never call anyone at home about their personal debt*! This means no credit card debt, medical bills, or student loans.
We _only _call businesses that have past due invoices with our clients.
It also means that no one is required to work nights or weekends! This position exercises independent judgment in the handling of all aspects of the legal collection process including collecting on delinquent accounts, drafting letters to clients, debtors, and attorneys, make recommendations to clients for settlements and payment plans as well as maintaining detailed records of all collection stages.
Compensation for this role ranges from $15.
00 to $23.
00 per hour plus a monthly team bonus.
Placement in the hourly compensation range is determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
The monthly team bonus is based on how successful the team is on monthly collection goals.

The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who is strategic and intuitive on understanding the process and knowing what next step to take, and has a background in law (such as a paralegal or legal assistant that has collection, bankruptcy and litigation experience of at least 5 years) and legal collection agency experience working with debtors, clients and attorneys in a high volume, fast paced, multi-client environment.
