About the role Zillow Group is seeking a highly effective program manager to lead programs and projects across the Compliance teams and work in partnership with the Senior Compliance Operations & Strategy Manager.
You will work with every team in Compliance, gaining exposure to many different subject matter areas, project types, and personalities.
You will work and build relationships with Compliance attorneys, privacy professionals, compliance experts, as well as other program managers and business contacts in product development, IT, sales, operations, and other teams across the company.

Drive effective partnership, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple internal and external teams with competing priorities.
Closely work with partners to understand and identify key interdependencies and critical roadblocks, identify potential issues, and appropriately align with the needs of the organization.
Anticipate and resolve program and process bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Articulate vision and influence decisions, empowering teams to be owners of continuous improvement.
In partnership with our Legal program managers: Develop standard program management tools and methodologies that are scalable and repeatable.
Develop and deploy PMO success metrics and tracking dashboards to evaluate progress and highlight areas for further optimization.
As part of project activities, collaborate to identify, devise, and implement improvements to Compliance processes, systems, policies/procedures, training, and guidance documents.
Support leadership’s ability to assess and report on the success of project plans.
Operate with strong integrity while supporting programs and projects of a sensitive and confidential nature.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position.
“Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company.
Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions.
In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $87,000.
00 - $139,000.
00 Annually.
This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are We are looking for a proven program manager with at least five years of experience in complex program management, preferably with some time spent leading projects for compliance or legal teams.
Qualifications: Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done Proficiency with project management software, such as Smartsheet, Jira, Airtable, Mural, Asana, Trello, and ServiceNow; A functional understanding of GRC tools such as AuditBoard preferred PMP, CSM, and/or similar certifications strongly preferred Detail-oriented but with an ability to shift to higher level thinking that can span across projects covering the entire organization Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be hands on in both project development and in ongoing execution of project management Ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization and build strong, positive relationships with business partners Get to know us Zillow is reimagining real estate to make home a reality for more and more people.
