Job Description
The Operations Business Line is seeking a Contract Analyst responsible for the oversight of our contracting process with Third Party Vendors.
The Contract Analyst will work with Business Lines and Third-Party Vendors to facilitate the contract review process through various Bank stakeholders, including, but not limited to: Risk, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
The Contract Analyst will assist in review/response to contract redlines, manage negotiations, analyze contractual documentation for issue remediation, and ensure all contracts are reposited accurately as well as reviewed annually within the Bank contracting system.
JD is preferred for this role.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to seven years of experience in an applicable risk management environment
Applicable professional certifications, e.
g.
JD or MBA
Preferred Skills/Experience
Self-driven, with a high attention to detail
Strong relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong time management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
JD/legal experience
Third party risk management experience
Financial services, audit, and regulatory background
Experience in Archer eGRC, Agiloft, and MS Office Suite
