Florida Immigration Law Counsel seeks a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Investment Immigration and Employment Based Immigration Matters and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Details
Below are the job duties you will have as a business immigration attorney at FL-ILC:
* Meet with potential new clients.
* Coordinate case strategy and manage cases.
* Train and supervise staff.
* Conduct legal research and prepare court documents.
* Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law.
* Prepping clients for their visa interviews.
* Prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters.
* Manage various projects and deadlines and prepare, and revise documents.
* Regularly and effectively communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy.
* Possess the skill set to assess the eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the U.
S.
* Supervise the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation to ensure no mistakes are made.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Excellent verbal/written communication in Spanish and English.
* Active Bar License to practice law from any US state or PR is required.
* 6-8 years of Immigration experience in the following visa categories and processes:
* New Office L
* L1A/L1B
* E-1/E-2
* TN
* R-1
* H-2B
* H-1B
* O-1A/O-1B
* P-1; P-3
* National Interest Waiver Petitions
* EB1C Petitions
* Labor Certifications/PERM Processing
* Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientation, alongside the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm setting.
* Ability to independently work on daily tasks, proactively and with minimal supervision.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
* Ability to always contribute to a work environment positively.
* Ability to work fully remote.

Pay: $100,000.
