PROCEPT BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company enabling better patient care by developing transformative solutions in urology.
With an initial focus on BPH, the company’s AquaBeam® Robotic System delivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared, automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Aquablation therapy combines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging, automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted, controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue.
Aquablation therapy offers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent of prostate anatomy, prostate size or surgeon experience.
SUMMARY The Contracts Analyst is responsible for supporting PROCEPT BioRobotics Customers, Distributors, Sales, and Commercial Teams during the Contract Process.
The ideal Contract Analyst will be committed to this role encompassing Pre/Post-Sales support in the primary area of contract and quote administration, including the successful review of contract terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate favorable terms in alignment with PROCEPT’s vision and goals.
The Contract Analyst will report to the Customer Success Manager and collaborate with Finance, Quality, Legal and Marketing daily.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Draft new contacts and amendments and related customer documentation to provide for timely contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external Customers regarding sales contract activities Work within Salesforce CPQ to assist Field Sales through the configuration, pricing, and quoting processes Establish and maintain relationships with Field Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory and R&D stakeholders to collaborate on contract details and ensure compliance Manage record-keeping for contract-related correspondence and documentation; compile and analyze data about contracts to ensure accurate adherence to terms Advise management of contractual rights and obligations, and recognize and communicate upselling opportunities Prioritize workflow to manage multiple responsibilities and processes in a fast paced environment Process Improvement to enable scalable growth Manage, review and track warranty and service agreement status Maintain a flexible schedule to support global customer base and high-volume sales support activities as needed Provide support functions not detailed herein as deemed necessary by Customer Success Manager Maintains trained status for, and complies with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance Understands and adheres to the PROCEPT BioRobotics EHS Policy QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications) BA/BS preferred or equivalent combination of experience/education 3-5 years of combined relevant experience with Contract Administration and Customer Service/Sales Support Experience in Medical Device, Life Sciences or Healthcare industry preferred Organized, extremely detailed, able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner often in stressful situations Ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner, as well as propose solutions Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications Understanding of sales and service processes and experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Experience working in an (FDA) regulated environment preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
