Compliance and Vendor Manager Specialist

Compliance duties: · Process Standard 3 compliance reviews including- Process Std 3’s- submit, update, report.
· Set up and maintain appraisal panels.
· DNU list maintenance.
· Validox report review and reporting.
· Pulling data for compliance for state reporting purposes.
· Insurance and license lists updating maintenance.
· NDA and Contract maintenance · Texas appraiser panel maintenance · ASC data collection and reporting · Background check processing and review · Compliance DNU list clean up project and maintenance.
· Escalations from Ops including following up on late reports.
· Data gathering for client Due Diligence requests.
· Review corporate policies with compliance team and update as needed.
· Assist compliance team with research for M and A projects.
Vendor Management Duties · Appraiser Vetting.
· Reviewer report cards - Sending controllable error rpt.
, formatting and completing report for OPs.
· Staff Appraiser report cards (new).
· Appraiser Profile updates · Appraiser W9 updates including updating appraiser W9's in the system & emailing new W-9's to accounting.
· Perform a quarterly audit to check coverage, current documents and completed additional certifications for panel appraisers.
· Update notes in the notes section of all appraiser profiles, not only when there is a negative occurrence but also when there is a positive one.
· Appraiser probation- Monitor and report appraiser performance for appraisers with low ratings · Additional duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,392.
27 - $55,000.
