One* is pleased to partner with an Insurance Defense boutique Firm in its search for a Temp-to-Hire Associate Attorney to support its Civil Litigation practice group.
This is a remote role supporting their Los Angeles office.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in litigation.
The ideal candidate should be licensed to practice law in California and possess a strong foundation in insurance defense.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of one (*1*) year of experience in insurance defense
* Active California bar license
* Prior experience in Construction defect, premises liability, products liability, or trucking is preferred
* Strong legal research and writing skills
* Ability to draft and argue motions, mediate, and litigate cases independently
Hourly rate: $30-50/hr, commensurate with experience.
