Duties
- review surrogacy, egg donoation, sperm donation, and embryo donation agreements with Surrogates and Intended Parents
- Assist with legal drafting, including preparing legal parentage documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Attorney job will include assistant like tasks such as organizing and maintaining legal files and documents; scheduling appointments; candidate must be ok with also performing assistant like taks.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Requirements
- State Bar license
- Knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
