Plaintiff-side employment litigation firm is seeking litigators with 1-20 years of experience.
Must be a member of the California bar.
The firm covers all types of claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, worker misclassification, clock/rest issues, etc.
Candidates should have experience drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, taking/defending depositions, and court appearance.
Experience with wage and hour class action cases is desirable.
