*Job description:*
1027TM is looking for a Senior Trademark Paralegal for a part-time contract position with its trademark administration team.
This individual would help attorney clients with the management of their U.
S.
and international trademark portfolios.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct legal research and analysis on trademark matters
* Assist with the preparation, filing, and maintenance of trademark applications
* Draft legal documents, including correspondence, memos, and briefs
* Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials
* Review and analyze contracts and agreements for trademark issues
* Assist in the management of trademark portfolios
* Maintain accurate and organized electronic files
* Prepare and record trademark assignments and related business entity filings
* Perform initial screening (knockout) searches and opinion letters
* Coordinate trademark watch services and associated reporting
*Skills:*
* Strong legal research skills to gather relevant information
* Proficient in legal administrative tasks to support attorneys
* Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documents
* Ability to draft legal correspondence, memos, and briefs effectively
* Knowledge of trademark law and procedures to assist with trademark matters
* Familiarity with contract review and analysis for trademark-related issues
As a Trademark Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorney clients in all aspects of trademark matters.
Your expertise in legal research, administrative tasks, drafting legal documents, and interviewing will contribute to the success of our clients' cases.

*Qualifications:*
* Minimum five years of trademark paralegal experience required;
* Copyright experience a plus;
* Excellent understanding of DocketTrak or similar docketing software a plus;
* Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program or equivalent experience.
