* Valid license to practice law in California, with a specialization in medical malpractice.
* Strong knowledge of California medical malpractice laws and regulations.
* Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing a caseload efficiently.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough case evaluations, analyze medical records, and gather evidence to build strong medical malpractice claims.
* Develop and implement effective legal strategies for negotiation, settlement, and trial.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediation, and settlement conferences.
* Provide exceptional client service, offering compassionate support and guidance throughout the legal process.
