Full-time remote opportunity for a Mass Tort litigation paralegal with a minimum of 10 years of mass tort litigation experience to provide legal assistance to senior in-house mass tort attorneys.

*Essential Mass Tort Litigation Functions:*
* Gathering, analyzing, and organizing factual information for large document intensive mass cases.
* Conducting detailed client intakes and serving as a person of contact or liaison for all matters.
* Communicating pertinent information to clients via telephone, e-mail, and mail.
* Maintaining ongoing communication with mass tort attorney(s), co-counsel and opposing parties from initial intake to settlement of cases.
* Providing information and effectively communicating with lien resolution groups regarding private and governmental resolution for all cases in the settlement process.
* Communicating and coordinating with bankruptcy trustees/attorneys and probate attorneys as necessary for all mass cases.
* Managing pre-litigated and litigated personal injury mass cases.
* Ordering, reviewing, and summarizing medical records for mass cases.
* Working closely with mass tort attorney(s) and defense counsel to negotiate settlements.
* Drafting Summons and Complaints, Motions, Pleadings, Discovery, and Interrogatories.
* Investigating and fact-finding, and researching the relevant laws, regulations, and articles that pertain to their cases.
* Gathering evidence and arranging legal documents for review and case preparation.
* Supporting Mass Tort litigation teams in various types of Mass Tort or class action litigations, to understand the case fully and to drive process improvement and efficiency throughout all phases of mass tort litigation.
