Rob Levine & Associates is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team!
Our firm is looking for an attorney who:
Cares about their clients
Is motivated by money
Is aggressive with a can-do attitude
Has excellent negotiation skills
Wants to learn
Wants to join a team of lawyers and paralegals who care about the clients we serve
Is licensed in Rhode Island or Massachusetts OR who has passed the UBE with a score of 276 or higher in the last two calendar years
Salary:
$85,000+ to start; earning potential of 150K after one year and 200+ after two years.
Our Current team is hitting this goal and we are only going to continue to grow.
Base salary will depend upon your experience.
Within one year you will move to our commission model, with great earning capacity.
This will allow you to control your earning potential, and work for a law firm that appreciates you by supporting you with a team of talented individuals.
You will be fully trained by a team of experienced attorneys with over 60 years of personal injury experience.
Our firm is growing and we are opening offices in other markets, now is the time to join, learn, and be able to make money as we scale upwards!

Compensation:
$85,000+ DOE
Responsibilities:
Run Pre-litigation cases from start to resolution
Manage Case Load from intake to settlement
Work with a dedicated team to support your cases
Zealously advocate for each of your clients
Qualifications:
Must be licensed in MA or RI
Must be highly motivated
