*Position Overview:*We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of personal injury law, particularly in the context of commercial trucking and automobile cases.
This is a remote position; however, the attorney may need to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and trials.
*Key Qualifications:*
* *Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury law.
*
* *Proven track record of trying at least 5 cases to a jury verdict.
*
* *Licensed to practice in federal court in Texas.
*
* *Must have been licensed for at least 7 years.
*
* *Ability to take and defend depositions effectively.
*
* *Excellent writing and research skills.
*
* *Experience handling commercial trucking cases.
*
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
* Represent clients in personal injury cases related to commercial trucking and automobile accidents.
* Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.
* Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
* Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
