Legal Intake Specialist

*Position Summary*: Rapidly growing personal injury law firm is looking for a top-notch intake specialist who will provide support for the legal staff.
In this position, you will conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas.
If you’re outgoing, great on the phone, and take pride in helping people, this is the job for you! The ideal candidate has two (2) years experience .
Prior intake or law firm experience preferred.
Applicant must have an eye for detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills.
*Responsibilities:* · Receive and respond to incoming calls from prospective clients; · Engage with the prospective client to gather all necessary information; · Confer with attorneys at every level of the firm and provide the attorneys with a comprehensive understanding of case fact to evaluate; · Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and call potential clients as soon as possible; · Input appropriate data into CRM system.
*Candidate Qualities:* · College degree preferred; · Bilingual in Spanish preferred; · Capable of working in a fast paced environment; · Great on the phone; · Excellent written and verbal skills; · Ability to think logically; · Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team; · Very organized, with high attention to detail; · Reliable transportation; · Trustworthy, exercising confidentiality in all situations; · Dedication and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks; · Proficient in Microsoft Office; · Prior Experience in using DocuSign; · Strong multi-tasking skills; · Great attitude; · Previous work in a law firm a plus.
