Your main responsibilities will encompass handling client consultations, evaluating factual scenarios for potential breaches of state and federal labor and employment laws, collecting all needed documentation, drafting EEOC charges, and filing cases.
Alongside this, you'll be readily available to provide legal insights to our team members and coworkers.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*
* 5+ years of experience in Labor and Employment law.
* State and Employment Law subject matter expert (Title 7, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, Wage and Hour, Sexual Harassment).
* Identify and assist Intake Paralegals identify claims.
* Handle client telephonic consultations.
* Draft EEOC charges.
* Persistently follow-up with clients and potential clients for documentation and EEOC charge review.
* File cases and update CRM correctly.
* Meet team and individual goals.
Dedicated and isolated workspace required.

Pay: $55,000.
