We are seeking an experienced education lawyer with a strong background in federal education law, regulations, and compliance issues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in education law, with the ability to provide legal advice, research federal education laws and regulations, and handle back-end writing and research related to due process hearings, appeals, and other litigation related to education law.
Additionally, experience in drafting letters to schools and other pre-trial work, as well as responding to motions and other legal events that require a reply, is highly valued.
The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Florida and/or Pennsylvania.
Strong knowledge of federal education law and regulations, excellent research, writing, and communication skills are essential.

Pay: $100.
