The position takes an active part in the leadership of resources as well as the delivery of services.
This position will work with project managers, technical project managers, data analysts, consultants, and managers to provide the expertise required to deliver litigation support, consulting and troubleshooting directly to high value accounts.
The position is responsible for the ultimate success of complex projects on assigned high value accounts and reports to the Senior Manager of Legal Tech Cloud Services.
Your Skills Shine Here: You Are Great At Consultative Approach: Collaborate with client and outside counsel to understand their unique eDiscovery requirements, legal obligations, and business objectives.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to align technology and processes with client goals, both short and long term.
Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including eDiscovery project managers, analysts, and technicians.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Reporting and Communication: Serve as primary point of contact on complex projects.
Disseminate necessary information to internal team members to allow for focused and efficient task management.
Provide regular project status updates to clients.
Communicate project risks and mitigation strategies effectively.
Complex Project Management: Recognize and proactively communicate potential project risks.
Develop solutions to overcome roadblocks through consultation with clients and internal resources.
Oversee the implementation of such solutions through project managers and technical project managers.
Document Review Management: Coordinate and monitor document review activities, including technology-assisted review (TAR) when applicable, to streamline the review process and reduce costs.
Develop and advise client and review vendors on refined workflows.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and defensibility of collected and reviewed data.

Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to individuals with varying degrees of technological skills.
Desirable Work Experience, Qualifications, Skills Technical undergraduate and/or advanced degree preferred (JD, MS, MBA).
Direct management and leadership of subordinates.
Broad experience using eDiscovery software applications.
Experience with OpenText’s suite of eDiscovery solutions is a strong positive.
Role Challenges and Special Working Conditions Overnight travel throughout the continental U.
S.
to visit OpenText customers and corporate offices may be necessary.
Requirements may dictate the necessity to work hours outside of normal, 40-hour workweek.
